Becoming a Gym Member

The UKMTF is currently setting up a new Gym Membership & Gym Membership Renewal Process.

Details of what Gym's need to do will be made available very soon.

The UKMTF Gym Membership process has now changed, full details of this new process is below.

Please Note: All commission agreements have expired as of 30th September 2019. Any licenses purchased from the 1st will still be honoured under the new terms & conditions.

To Complete any gym membership we require the following:-

  1. Complete Gym Membership, online form, or printed form, see below.
  2. Confirm the joining of the Commission Registration Scheme, as part of the online form.
  3. Attached your DBS Certificate & Insurance Cover (Online certificates to be processed at https://www.ukrsf.co.uk/ukmf-compliance).
  1. An Invoice will be issued for payment/ or direct debit setup.
  2. UKMTF.com will be updated showing this valid gym membership.

Trials Information

DBS Number

All gym members will be required to provide an up to date DBS (formally CRB number) when applying for membership. If you do not have a current DBS or Scottish Disclosure you can arrange these via ourselves.
